10. Non-Personal Information, Personal Information & Browsing the Site
Children can surf our site, view content, and play games without providing any personal information such as name or email addresses. The only section within our website where we collect and store personal information is within the "Contact Us" form. Within this section we do not allow children under the age of 13 to write to us; as such, we require the person registering for this section to check off that they are 13 years or older. We highly advise parents to monitor children under the age of 13 while on this site to ensure that they are not contacting our company within this section under false pretense.

Parental Access/Control
If you are a parent that has given us permission to collect and store your child's information (via completion of Parental Consent Forms for online sweepstakes or contests), you can do the following at any time:

1.     Discontinue further use of your child's personal information (i.e. unsubscribe). To do so, please contact us at (888) 400-7606 and ask to speak with the Marketing Department, or email us at customerservice@toxicwastecandy.com.

2.     Request that we delete your child's personal information by following procedure #1 above. Unsubscribing your child will delete his/her personally identifiable information from our records.
